January 2025 - Our Current Projects

William Guman & Associates will begin detailed development planning for the proposed Waterbury subdivision, to be constructed in the Stapleton Road/Hwy24 vicinity of El Paso County. Guman began conceptual planning of the Waterbury community nearly 10 years ago, which has been approved for up to 1,100 single-family homes.
